I’m trying a new setup. I upload my photos from Flickr directly to this blog. Hopefully this will make blogging a little bit easier.
Sorry it’s taken so long to actually post this. This was from way back in September. This is my favorite photo from the shoot. I’m feeling pretty good about my photography as of lately, I can see that my photos have improved from when I started this blog. I know I still have tons to learn, but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made so far.

Taken at a local school a month or two ago. There is usually a pretty large gap between the time when I actually take the photo and when I post it. Whoops! In the coming months there will be more photos up.

I know it’s a rather dark but I love the purple in the glass and the amber hues of the wood.
I also added a light canvas texture in photoshop.

So recently I found this program that I am in love with. It’s called Poladroid, and it is very cool. You just download the program, then you drag and drop then your photos pop out and you have the option to wait and let it develop or if you like to have fun (like me) you shake the picture and it develops faster.

This is another picture from our vacation to Mendocino. It was at the first beach we stopped at on our way up.
In my last post I mentioned that I had some exciting posts coming up. I cannot tell you how excited I am to post these pictures. These next few photos are some of among my favorite photos that I’ve taken to date.
Hillary and Jacob were so much fun to work with and I had a blast shooting them with Giovanna.

This past weekend I had the opportunity to shoot with Giovanna on Jacob and Hillary’s “Trash the Dress” shoot. I had tons of fun on the shoot and we were able to capture some amazing shots. Here is one of my favorites from the shoot.
